For our Exterior Washes
For our Eco-friendly Waterless Hand Wash & services related to it, we do not 🚫 need any access to an outdoor spigot! (See the Waterless Wash description).
Please note: For our Exterior Pressure Wash & Basic Hand Wash we do need access to an outside water spigot! We do have our own flex hoses with a power wash nozzle tip, as well as we have a portable low PSI electric pressure washer available.
We do bring a portable inverted quiet running generator for a power source. If you do have an accessible outside electric 💡 outlet)plug, it would be appreciated if we could use it.
We do have our own portable Detail equipment we use.
We use ultrasoft microfiber towels for our Hand Washes. Our Wash brush is soft brisselled. We do have microfiber mits as well

Need documents notarized but can't get away? Our certified notary public comes to you. We handle a wide range of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality with every service. We do charge a Mobile/Travel Fee that will be disclosed & agreed to prior to the service being scheduled & rendered
Mobile Notary Public Services Prices
We charge up to $10.00 for the Notary Fee
We gladly provide Mobile Notary Public Services to all areas in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We charge a travel fee in addition to the Notary fee. This fee varies based upon distance traveled/mileage with time as a factor. We will GPS your address using Google maps & get driving directions and mileage from our base office to your location. We will disclose the travel fee to you. This amount must be agreed to by all parties. This can not be waived & is non refundable. No surprises ever! We do provide a notary service receipt with the breakdown of what you paid for your record & ours.
Valid Unexpired Photo ID Requirement for Notary Public Services
A valid unexpired photo identification is required for Notary Services to be rendered. This is required for anyone that is required to sign any document in front of the notary public. This is a requirement & is mandatory by state regulations. No valid photo ID available, we will not perform the notary public services. The travel fee is still due.
Secure Notarizations
Our mobile notary public ensures all legal requirements are met, offering a secure and efficient process at your location. This service is provided where you desire, at the time you desire, and at the privacy you establish.
Limited Basic Pressure Washing Services
We use an electric low PSI pressure washer. We gladly clean anything we can reach on ground level. WE DON'T DO ROOFS YET AT THIS TIME. However, we will do manufactured homes siding & skirts, driveways, sidewalks, decks, porches, patios, pet crates/kennels, recycle ♻️ bins, trash totes, and vehicle exteriors only at this time.
